Order Processing
- After successful payment, your order is submitted for processing and shipped within 10 business days.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Once your order has been physically handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number.
Processing and shipping times may be extended during public holidays and weekends.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Times
- Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
- Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is actually shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery in Russia and the CIS
Orders within Russia and CIS countries are delivered by CDEK.
- Delivery within Russia: 3-10 days
- Delivery to CIS countries: 10-17 days
International Delivery
All international shipments are dispatched from our international warehouse in Dubai, UAE, via Aramex.
- Europe: 7–14 days
- North and South America: 10–17 days
- Asia: 7-14 days
- Oceania: 10-17 days
Changing Order Details
If you need to change your contact details, delivery address, or any other order information, please contact our support team and provide the following:
- Your order number
- The details you would like to change
After the order has been handed over to the transport company, changes may not be possible in some cases.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
If a significant amount of time has passed since shipment and the status has not been updated, this may be due to a delay in data synchronization between logistics systems.
Customs Duties and Taxes
The cost of goods and shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
All additional customs-related charges are paid by the recipient.
Exception: for orders to the United States, customs fees may be displayed as a separate item at checkout.
As international shipments are dispatched from Dubai, UAE, we recommend checking your country’s customs regulations in advance.
If the local courier or customs service requires payment of duties after the shipment arrives in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for making the payment on time.
If the recipient:
- refuses to accept the order;
- fails to pay mandatory customs fees;
- or the order is returned to the sender for reasons attributable to the recipient,
a refund may be issued minus the actual cost of international shipping and any related return shipping expenses.
Delivery Liability
The online store is not responsible for:
- delays caused by transport companies;
- delays related to customs clearance;
- technical errors or failures in logistics systems;
- delays or inability to deliver due to incorrect information provided by the recipient, including address, phone number, or full name.
